Our return policy
Every piece at The Vago is handpicked by Dariia with care. If your order arrives and it’s not what you hoped for, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase
How to start a return
Email us at contact@thevago.com with your order number and a brief note about why you’d like to return your item. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not mail anything back before hearing from us — we’ll make sure the process is smooth.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement — this is normal.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange an item if it arrived damaged or defective. Just email us at contact@thevago.com with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll take care of it right away.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we’re not able to guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Items not eligible for return
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn or show signs of use
- Items not in their original packaging
- Sale items marked as final sale
Pre-order items
Pre-ordered items follow the same return policy — the 14-day window begins from the date your order is delivered, not the date you placed the order.
